Hewescraft 210 Searunner ripping along Hesketh Island
A fast-paced cruise past Hesketh Island and Tutka Bay in our Hewescraft 210 Searunner, capturing the thrill of boating along the Alaskan coast with Grass Island and the local mountains as a backdrop.

There’s a specific kind of freedom that comes with cruising through Kachemak Bay. I put our Hewescraft 210 Searunner to work, heading past Hesketh Island while Tutka Bay and Grass Island sat perfectly in the background. The water was calm enough to really open it up, and the views of the surrounding peaks were as clear as ever.
Whether we’re exploring the hidden coves near Tutka Bay or just enjoying the ride around Hesketh Island, the beauty of Southcentral Alaska never gets old. This boat makes it possible to reach these remote spots and see the landscape from a perspective you just can’t get from the shore. The combination of the silver peaks, the deep water, and the quiet of the wilderness makes every trip out here worth it.
